Job Description - Human Resources Specialist (HR Strategy)

Job Description

:
  • Propose and Formulating an HR vision, strategic HR direction
  • Monitoring and reporting on results
  • Explore new trend of Human Resources management , HR strategic planning
  • HR Data Research and Benchmarking (Internal and External)
  • Manages strategic HR projects
  • Implementing and driving change processes

    • Qualification:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resource or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR developments
  • Strategic planning and Change management expertise
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
