Inside Sales Executive

• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
• Research industry trends to analyze opportunities. 
• Handle incoming requests and conduct virtual demos of our platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience. 
• Maintain diligent communication with customers to nurture client relationships. 
• Collect and report sales information and statistics to inform business strategies. 
• Keep CRM records up to date, reflecting all sales activities accurately. 

• Proven inside sales and lead generation expertise. 
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities. 
• A solid record of accomplishment, preferably within the IT or Hospitality industry. 
• Proficiency in CRM software and a strong grasp of sales technologies. 
• Team player with the capability to work collaboratively. 

**Desired Experience**: 

•  Background in Hotel Operations Management or Information Technology Management. 
•  A demonstrated passion for sales and technology. 
•  Excellent etiquette with the skill to engage and excite potential clients.
