Job Description - IT Application & Service Delivery

PRTR is now working with the big warehouse to find a potential candidate to play the IT Application & Service Delivery role.

This position expects you to be strong in the development and implementation of IT Applications addition, you have good English skills.

Responsibilities

Setting strategic vision and guidance on major IT initiatives to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders and the IT&D leadership team.

Building and managing the IT business application and service delivery team. Manage people, projects, and budgets.

Being accountable for developing and implementing IT business applications to ensure successful introductions across the organization, and with internal and external customers.

Representing the IT business partner to key stakeholders serves as a functional leader within the IT & Digital team.

Liaising across all functional areas, including business units, IT & Digital, and outside vendors.

Overseeing the launch of solutions and helping to maximize the positive impact on the organization.

Collaborating with the IT solution architect, development, IT operations, and digital team to ensure solution compatibility with company standards. Working closely with the Project Management Office on the intake process and prioritization of candidate IT projects across an organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, and Technology Management.

At least 10 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas.

Develop business requirements, process digitization, and analyze business impact.

Participating in technology selection and creating a solution prototype collaborating with team members to ensure solution compatibility with company standards and met the objectives.

Project management and support.

Project financial and budget management.
