Low Voltage Sales Specialist (Panel Builders)

The sales engineer will play a pivotal role in drivingmarket demand for Siemens Sinova Products among local panel builders. This rolewill involve expanding our panel builder network, providing technical support,and creating compelling offers to encourage the adoption of Sinova products invarious panels such as Control Panels, Main Distribution Boards, and SubDistribution Boards.

You will create an impact by:

·Market Development:Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with local panel builders togenerate demand for Siemens Sinova Products.

·Product Promotion: Introduceand promote Sinova products, including MCCBs, MCBs, ACBs, and Contactors, topanel builders, emphasizing their technical superiority and advantages in panelconstruction.

·Technical Support: Providecomprehensive technical assistance to panel builders, including productspecifications, installation guidance, and troubleshooting support to ensuresmooth integration of Sinova products into their panels.

·Offer Creation: Collaboratewith the sales team to develop customized offers and proposals tailored to thespecific needs and requirements of panel builders, highlighting the valueproposition of Sinova products.

·Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with panel builders, serving as atrusted advisor and resource for all their technical and product-relatedinquiries.

·Training and Education:Conduct training sessions and workshops for panel builders to enhance theirunderstanding of Sinova products and their applications, thereby empoweringthem to leverage these products effectively.

·Market Intelligence: Stayabreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments toidentify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Your success is grounded on:

·Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering, or related field experience.

·Minimum of 2-5 years ofexperience in sales or business development within the electrical industry,preferably in a technical capacity.

·In-depth knowledge ofelectrical distribution systems and components, with a focus on MCCBs, MCBs,ACBs, and Contactors.

·Strong technical aptitude andability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

·Proven track record ofsuccessfully building and managing relationships with customers and partners.

·Excellent communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Self-motivated, proactive,and results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets anddriving business growth.

·Willingness to travel locallyto meet with panel builders and attend industry events as needed.
