Job Summary
Being responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns—reports marketing and sales results to Marketing Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Establishing F&B marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.Overseeing current offerings and coming up with initiatives for new products or servicesResearching and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategiesWorking with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing and promotion plans for all media channels and sales teamsApproving and overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projectsCollaborating with other departments and agencies such as media buyers, advertising agencies, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruitionProviding in-depth information to interested clients, and acting as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetingsWorking within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or serviceProperly following up, controlling, and evaluating each F&B marketing activity and promptly propose a necessary measure to direct toward the set objectives if necessaryMonitoring, tracking, following up, and taking actions to correct the performance of sales volume, value, and promotion reporting to the Marketing Manager (SM)Adjusting marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedbackHandlin other duties as assigned. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in the Marketing Assistant role. They regularly need to collaborate with team members, vendors, and other company employees to understand the needs of the marketing department.Creativity: Creativity allows the Marketing Assistant to create visually appealing images and marketing materials, making it very useful to the marketing department.Analytical: Marketing Assistants are often involved in researching and reporting marketing campaign results. Analytical skills enable the Marketing Assistant when compiling data and presenting it in an easy-to-understand method.Project management: Marketing Assistants are often involved with multiple projects at one time. The ability to organize details and complete projects on time is crucial in this position. Preferred Education/Experience
Not over 28 years old.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field.At least 2 years of marketing experience in relevant fields.
