Job Description - Marketing Manager (Food & Beverage)

Our client is a global leading Food & Beverage manufacturing company in Thailand.

The company is now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing Manager (Food & Beverage).

Responsibilities

  • Leading brand and growth strategy for Thailand’s Brand Equity strategy and IMC plan for the food and snack category.
  • Taking the leadership role to set Strategic and Execution plan to drive business growth for the company’s core product.
  • Handling & managing annual operation plan to meet business targets.
  • Identifying Portfolio growth opportunities and Innovation roadmap to deliver business growth objectives for the company’s core products (snack category).
  • Developing a detailed AOP plan, based on consumer and market trends, and being agile and flexible to change them in real-time in the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity environment of Thailand’s market.
  • Ensuring maximum effectiveness of AOP execution.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment and buy-in.
  • Delegating to & empower project owners.
  • Overseeing total portfolio execution.
  • Ensuring consistent quality of execution.
  • Coaching & support team to build talent capabilities.
  • Accelerating product overview and brand management including product quality, productivity, optimized SKU rationalization, etc.
  • Taking Leadership on core products/brand performance review and working closely with the global business strategy team and other stakeholders, to proactively monitor brand competitiveness in the market and identify timely corrective actions with cross-functional teams to deliver Innovation launch on time in full.
  • Driving a long-term strategic roadmap and execution plan for the core product portfolio and Brand Equity Campaign.
  • Taking the role as the project owner to control Brand P&L management and monitor Advertising & Marketing spend with accuracy and efficiency to be in line with AOP.
  • Providing advice, coaching, and supporting the team to build capability and driving the team to focus on ‘Consumer Centric’ and raising the bar on talent and diversity.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher in Marketing, MBA or any related field.
  • At least 10-year experience in Marketing, Brand building, Activation and new product development from FMCG is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to manage a team.
  • Adaptive and Agility.
  • Good command in English.
