Job Description - Marketing Manager (Property Platform-Rama9)

Our client is a leading software developer/platform in the real estate market - focusing on smart home features.

Job Description

  • Handling product implementation and launching new product features according to the company’s requirements.
  • Maintaining feature lists and assisting the team to motivate and deliver products effectively.
  • Being responsible for the volume of work to meet the requirements.
  • Test and feedback on technical issues, and collaborate with the developer to support the application with the business direction.
  • Being responsible for compliance with the company’s regulations, and superior’s advice.
  • Handling the adaptation to the work environment and colleagues.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master in any field.
  • At least 3 years in Management skill of Property or Real estate business.
  • Experience & understanding of condominium projects.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and result oriented.
  • Reliable and able to work both independently and with the team.
  • Sales experience in real estate is a key requirement.
  • MS Office: High competency level with Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid relation with Juristic Person in Property business.
  • The location for working is Rama9.
