As Office Director of Human Resources Region – Asia Pacific South you cooperatively work together with different stakeholder from central, business unit and country level and actively support the business growth within region.
Your scope of responsibility contains:
• Alignment of the regional HR strategy (-process) with the business and HR organization and follow up on corresponding fields of action.
• Managing regional HR performance management (OKR-process, KPIs, dashboard), preparation (analysis) of reports and derivation of appropriate recommendations for action
• Steering the Business Plan (BP) across the region and tracking of actions/ measures to assure business plan objectives
• Planning, coordination of HR meeting schedule within APS ( yearly strategy meeting, monthly HR exchanges,…)
• Preparation, carrying out and follow up of diverse management meetings
• Coordination and fostering of regional HR interacting. (Network organization, Mission teams)
• Leading or active participation in strategic special topics and projects
Qualifications
• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, law or social sciences or comparable education.
• Broad HR knowledge and a strong network in the organization (Several years of operational HR experience an advantage ( HRBP in GB/ plant)
• Fluent English
• Strategical thinking and acting
• Successful experiences in organizational development and facilitation of workshops
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working with a high sense of responsibility

• Openness, cooperative way of working
• Existing mobility cross-country stakeholder management
