Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected university in Thailand, renowned for its academic excellence and commitment to student success. Our client offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in today's globalized world.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and motivate the sales team across Thailand. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting high-potential graduates from local schools in various provinces.

Job Responsibilities

Execute sales strategies that align with the university's overall enrollment goals.

Lead and manage a team of regional sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

Oversee local sales activities, including travel to different provinces to connect with schools, counselors, and prospective students or channels.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations about the university's programs and benefits to students and parents.

Build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions across Thailand.

Analyze student data and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.

Execute local engagement activities according to the plan established by the Sales and Marketing Director.

Job Requirements

Experience in sales management, preferably within the education sector.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving enrollment growth.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to travel extensively within Thailand.

Fluency in Thai and English languages; additional language skills are a plus.

Experience working with educational institutions and understanding of the Thai education system is highly desirable.
