Our client is a leader in property developers, houses, and townhomes. They are looking for a highly-skilled professional to sell the company projects.
Responsibilities:
Generating client leads to buy/sell a property (houses and townhomes). Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties. Showing properties to potential buyers. Presenting purchase offers to sellers. Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction. Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Experience with sales for 2 years in Property Sales such as houses and townhomes (Not Condominium). Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process. Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software. Have your own car and driver's license. Has a pleasing personality.
