• To perform production on several workstations according to all standards on safety, auto-quality, process and delivery./ สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้หลายหลากงานโดยเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการทำงานด้านความปลอดภัย ด้านคุณภาพ และด้านประสิทธิภาพ

• Detects problems (Deviations from standards) in Safety, quality, efficiency./ ตรวจสอบปัญหา (ชิ้นงานหรือกระบวนการที่ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน) ในด้านความปลอดภัย ด้านคุณภาพ และด้านประสิทธิภาพ

• In case a problem is detected, stops and applies the appropriate reactivity procedure. Be involved in immediate containment actions. / ในกรณีที่พบปัญหา พนักงานจะต้องหยุดการผลิต และปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดอย่างถูกต้อง และมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหา

•  In case the working standard is not clear, asks team-leader, supervisor or any support function./ ในกรณีที่มาตรฐานการทำงานไม่ชัดเจน ให้สอบถามทีมลีดเดอร์, หัวหน้างาน หรือฝ่ายสนับสนุนที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• Involvement in continuous improvement (Workshop, problem solving) and definition of standards/ มีส่วนร่วมในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (การเข้าร่วมให้ความคิดเห็นในการแก้ไขปัญหา) และการกำหนดมาตรฐาน

• Develop his/her autonomy in quality, production flow, maintenance./ พัฒนาตนเองด้านคุณภาพ, กระบวนการผลิต, การซ่อมบำรุง

• Performs on job training./ ปฎิบัติตามการอบรมในการทำงาน (OJT)

• Strictly comply and improve in 5S, ERIM (Equipment Reliability Improvement)./ ปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัดในการทำ 5ส., 

     การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์

• Issue the suggestion for improvement Proposal in order to improvement quality and efficiency of process as well as work conditions./ เขียนข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาปรับปรุงด้านคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพของขั้นตอนการทำงาน รวมถึงสภาพการทำงาน
