Regional HR Director - FinTech (Thai nationals only)

• Reporting to the Thailand General Manager and dotted line to SVP / COO for regional business partnering :
• Answers questions from employee client groups pertaining to policies, benefits, employment law, and assist them in the resolution of conflicts where necessary
• Identify training needs through a structured needs analysis process and develop and track region-wide programs as appropriate
• Provides training, coaching and consulting support to the Country HR managers (country heads)
• Diagnose performance concerns/opportunities and identify root causes, offering effective and holistic solutions
• Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
• Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
• Design employee's compensation and benefits packages
• Define on boarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
• Help organise employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event)
• Determine training plans per employee and department
• Prepare and manage division's budget
• Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
• Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
• Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards

Consult with business leaders to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR road map; garner support and identity ownership for that road map; establish regular meeting cadence to advise/inform leaders of progress and further transparency throughout the organisation Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession; organisation effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics Proactively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and legal risk; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations, partner with legal counsel to support investigations as needed

Provide guidance and assist the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning and headcount modelling

Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring and timely feedback; execute a goal setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibrations process

Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR needs planning
