Job Description - Sales Administration

We are looking for "Sales Admin" to support and handle document for sales and operation team. This position will direct report to Finance and Accounting Manager.

What You'll Do 

  • Handling PO, SO, quotation, purchase order, invoice, and other documents.
  • Making the document (Support Sales & Operation Team).
  • Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supporting the sales and operation team.
  • Performing other assigned jobs by the Hiring Manager.
  • Liaise with the operations department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.

    • Who You Are 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 0-2 years of relevant working experience in the Sales Administration/Sales
  • Coordination/Sales Support function.
  • Flexible person, with a good attitude.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written/reading/speaking in Thai and English
