Job Description - Sales Advisor (Central Village)

Our client is an Italian luxury fashion house that makes men's clothing and accessories with over shops and 7, employees worldwide.

Job Description

Providing a memorable luxury customer service experience.

Resolving and escalating customer issues or complaints with empathy, while adhering to customer service policies such as those relating to alterations, damage, and repairs, global return policies, etc.

Driving and maximizing sales performance to consistently achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a luxury customer experience.

Working with the Store team to execute action plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets as assigned by the Store Manager.

Actively communicating customer, product, and other store information to the broader Store team to ensure customer and business needs are met.

Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays.

Qualifications

Over 23 years old.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field.

Having experience in a Sales Advisor role for a luxury brand will be an advantage.

Good command of English/Chinese.

Has a pleasing personality.

Ability to work 6 days/week.

Benefits

Commission: at least 15, THB
