Job Description - Sales and Digital Marketing Expert (Ads) - Based in Malaysia

Our client is a services company specializing in engaging with good customer service and improving the performances of businesses.

Responsibilities

Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email daily, identifying sales opportunities, and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.

Improving the client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption.

Providing pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.

Becoming an expert on all social media Advertising solutions.

Having the ability to identify trends and solve problems.

Providing vital product insights & feedback from their own experience using social media products and sharing the feedback from online media Advertisers.

Being a champion and producing success stories for advertisers who have succeeded in growing their business by using social media products.

Using a variety of tools to be able to communicate and drive an Advertiser’s business to success properly.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Experience in Sales or Digital Marketing.

Good Command of English.

Able to relocate to Malaysia.
