Job Description

- Assistant to team of selling the property.
- Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
- Support to act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Provide regular updates, address inquiries, and assist buyers in understanding the transfer procedures, loan/ bank support & documents, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
