Job Description - Sales Assistant (BTS Surasak)

Our client business is related to the animal food industry. 

Job Description

  • Providing customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and getting customers' order requirements. 
  • Conducting and Reporting customer orders and follow-up.
  • Handling sales data monitoring and analysis.
  • Providing the invoice to customers.
  • Overseeing the document and keeping documentation.
  • Following up on the delivery and shipping of customers' orders. 

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in the field of sales coordinator, marketing, administration, secretarial or related.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of import and export.
