Sales Assistant (Support to Assistant Sales Manager)

• Manage complex calendars of Assistant Sales Manager including appointments,
meetings and travelling.
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matter quickly, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in company or corporate secretary.
• Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work
• Coordinating and collaborating both internally and externally.
• Following up on the progress of work being carried out by other departments relating to tasks assigned by Assistant Sales Manager.
• Effective all type of document, contract, proposal, SOW, report. To revised and updated information assigned by Assistant Sales Manager.
• Other related jobs as personal assistant will be assigned by Assistant Sales Manager.

• Male / Female age 27-35 years old. *Thai Nationality only. *
• At least bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or related fields.
• Good basic financial statement.
• Attention to detail, good interpersonal communication and ability to work as a team member.
• Good problem solving, communication skill.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English both of written and verbal and good computer Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ PDF.
• Goal – oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
