Sales & BD Executive (FOREX/Trading) THAILAND

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
• Negotiate and close agreements; maintain old business and acquire new clients;
• Develop trusted relationships with key IB, and community; Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value;
• Achieve the monthly set target;
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to client needs and objectives;
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders;
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
• Forecast and track key clients metrics (e.g. monthly deposit/top-up results and quarterly forecasts);
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

• Favorable – Forex Industry Background.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and/or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
