【Welcome fresh graduate】Sales & Coordinate Project (JP speaking) (30K – 40K) (SDG-107857)【ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่】เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายและประสานงานโครงการ (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น) Duties & Responsibilities: • Check order to be correct for responsible customer.• Communicate schedule of production and shipment with Rayong factory.• Check shipment arrangement to be as schedule• Control Shipment to catch each month sales.• Check and register price• Issue sales contract, shipping instruction or any other documents required.• Support all communication and coordination relating sales• Visit to Rayong factory for understanding products around 1time per month (depends on situation) • Other tasks assigned by Japanese President หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:• ตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อให้ถูกต้องสำหรับลูกค้าที่รับผิดชอบ• แจ้งตารางการผลิตและการจัดส่งให้โรงงานระยองทราบ• ตรวจสอบการจัดส่งให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา• ควบคุมการจัดส่งให้ได้ตามยอดขายในแต่ละเดือน• ตรวจสอบและบันทึกราคา• ออกสัญญาการขาย คำแนะนำการจัดส่ง หรือเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น• สนับสนุนการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายทั้งหมด• เยี่ยมชมโรงงานระยองเพื่อทำความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์ประมาณ 1 ครั้งต่อเดือน (ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์)• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากประธานบริษัทญี่ปุ่น

Job Requirement

Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 22-29 years• Female only• Bachelor’s Degree• Welcome fresh graduate• Business level of Japanese (No need JLPT certificate) • Conversational high to business level of English • At least 2 years’ experience as sales or sales coordinator (fresh graduate is also fine) • Can be independently for working (even only you in BKK office) • Having Good service mind, flexible and attractive person• High Japanese or English skills are preferable.• Living or studying in Japan or overseas is preferable.• Having willingness to management position in the future is preferable.
