Sales Coordinator (20K–25K) (SDG-104199)ผู้ประสานงานการขาย ・Coordinate with Thai Sales in the office to order to support sales process.・Issue invoice and quotation and other related documents.・Contact and coordinate with local clients.・Forwarding, arranging and follow up documentation with client and salesperson.・Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายไทยในสำนักงานเพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการขาย・ออกใบแจ้งหนี้และใบเสนอราคาและเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง・ติดต่อและประสานงานกับลูกค้าในพื้นที่・ส่งต่อ จัดเรียง และติดตามเอกสารกับลูกค้าและพนักงานขาย・งานเฉพาะกิจอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Job Requirement

- Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 30 years old- Bachelor's degree・Bachelor's degree in any related field ・1-2 years of experience as Sales Coordinator/Sales Support/Sale Admin ・ Have quotation experience ・Quotation experience a must ・Good command in English for internal coordination with Japanese, documentation, and email tasks・Detail-oriented and proactively work to meet deadlines and follow up until the end of the process ・ SAP・Experienced Sales Coordinator/Sales Support/Sale Admin from Trading Company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS On NutWorking Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri (Sat: 2 times a year)) About the Benefits 20,000–25,000THB About the company Product & Service: Tooling Business Type: General Trading Company;Machinery / Equipment; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , เพศหญิง อายุ 23 - 30 ปี- ปริญญาตรี・วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง・มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ประสานงานการขาย/สนับสนุนการขาย/ผู้ดูแลระบบการขาย・มีประสบการณ์ด้านใบเสนอราคา・ต้องมีประสบการณ์ใบเสนอราคา・สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีสำหรับการประสานงานภายในกับภาษาญี่ปุ่น เอกสาร และงานอีเมล・มุ่งเน้นรายละเอียดและทำงานเชิงรุกเพื่อให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาและติดตามผลจนกว่าจะสิ้นสุดกระบวนการ<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> ・ทักษะ SAP・ผู้ประสานงานการขายที่มีประสบการณ์/สนับสนุนการขาย/ผู้ดูแลระบบการขายจากบริษัทการค้า ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : การสนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS อ่อนนุชเวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:30 น.(จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (เสาร์: ปีละ 2 ครั้ง)) เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ 20,000–25,000 บาท เกี่ยวกับบริษัท สินค้าและบริการ: เครื่องมือช่างประเภทธุรกิจ: บริษัทการค้าทั่วไป เครื่องจักร / อุปกรณ์;
