Job Description - Sales Coordinator (English Speaking)

Our client is a world-leading supplier of products and solutions in the rolling bearing business. In addition, they are one of the leading players in seals, mechatronics, lubrication systems, and services, including technical support, maintenance services, condition monitoring, and training. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering customer experiences with measurable KPIs and supporting the Company strategy, priorities, and achievement of local business targets, and working in close cooperation with all stakeholders seeking proactive actions for continuous improvement.
  • Working as an active Key Customer Team member in creating leads, opportunity development, reaching business targets, and increasing SKF knowledge and success with key customers.
  • Ensuring Customer Experience Team is the first and single contact point working toward rate Ticket Management service level One stop service.
  • Working with local and global demand and supply teams in customer demand input and ensuring efficient implementation of demand management workflow (DMI, OPI, PINQ, customer prioritization).
  • Securing effective handling of goods returns, non-conformance, and non-performance complaints and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Actively engaging in developing business insights from transactional business and closely collaborating with the Frontline and Demand management team to deliver business results.
  • Ensuring effective handling of quotations according to local sales instructions and pricing instructions. Act as P&Q (and CPQ) Key User.
  • Supporting implementation of RPA for customer order entry automation and integration with customers’ ERP.
  • Ensuring REP and subscription contract fees invoicing process is aligned with REP revenue models and monthly order books are recorded for the entire length of the contract.
  • Coordinating logistics set up and daily operations from order to invoicing with Logistics operations.
  • Working by SKF Policies, Code of Conduct, Quality Management, Environment Health, and Safety requirements, and Export Control.
  • Undertaking other duties or tasks which may be assigned as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the field of frontline sales, sales support, or customer engagements.
  • High level of proficiency in SAP /ERP systems and master data governance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, networking, and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand data analytics and extract useful information to identify deviations, and potential concerns and able to initiate solutions for the team to deliver customer experience excellence.
  • Strong leadership profile with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Project management and delegation skills.
  • Good command of English.
