Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (25K – 35K) (SDG-107253)เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย (พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้) Duties & Responsibilities: • Taking care existing clients.• Get order from Japan HQ and confirm all schedule and delivery dates by coordinating with Japan HQ and factory in Thailand.• Check the order sheet very carefully in order to avoid the mistake.• Contact with Japan HQ via both e-mail and phone to coordinate all order process.• Attend meetings with the sales team to share the current situation with them.• Translate documents from Japanese to Thai and vice versa (E-mail, internal documents)• Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa.• Other tasks as assigned. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:• ดูแลลูกค้าปัจจุบันที่มีอยู่• รับคำสั่งซื้อจากสำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่นและยืนยันกำหนดการและวันที่จัดส่งทั้งหมดโดยประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่นและโรงงานในประเทศไทย• ตรวจสอบใบสั่งซื้ออย่างละเอียดเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงข้อผิดพลาด• ติดต่อสำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่นทั้งทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์เพื่อประสานงานกระบวนการสั่งซื้อทั้งหมด• เข้าร่วมการประชุมกับทีมขายเพื่อแจ้งสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันให้พวกเขาทราบ• แปลเอกสารจากภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น (อีเมล และ เอกสารภายใน)• ล่ามภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Job Requirement

Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 23-30 years• Female only• Bachelor's degree in any field• At least 1 year working experience as Sales-coordinator, JP Interpreter in manufacturing field • Conversation high - business level of Japanese (JLPT N2-N1 only)• Basic level of English (Be able to read and write)• Have working experience as sales/sales-co in any field is preferable.
