Job Description

- Execute sales strategies to increase client base and market share and deal with customer's request.
- Summarize market information to make a sales strategy.
- Maintain contact with customers in order to create good relationship.
- Monitor cost of sales to ensure that the profit contribution meet the growth objectives of the company.
- Follow up and solve Sales problems to be able to meet the customer's needs
- Coordinate with customers on orders placement, and ensure the shipments meet customer's requirement.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining files, records, and reports.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales budgets.
- Others are assigned by the manager.

Requirement

- Male / Female, Age 35-43 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience in sales (Plastic product) in a manufacturing company
- At least 3 years experience in management level
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is required / Japanese speaking is advantaged
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Relationships with the government sector and sports organizations
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- The ability to work under pressure
- Have a driving license
