Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Account Managers in managing account activities and processes.
2. Analyze and manage account renewal process.
3. Analyze and resolve client queries in accurate and timely manner.
4. Develop and maintain client reports.
5. Review reports for accuracy and integrity.
6. Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers.
7. Develop account management plan to meet business objectives.
8. Organize staff training for performance and skill developments.
9. Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards.
10. Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, etc.
