Job Description - Sales - English Translator

Responsibilities

Being responsible for bringing information and Offering surgery services, treatments, and products to foreign customers.

Giving advice and solving problems for customers correctly.

Preparing quotations, product information, reports, and related documents.

Making a plan to contact old and new customers each month, along with a report summarizing information on coordinating with customers to the supervisor.

Maintaining an existing customer base and creating a new customer base for the company.

Taking care of customers before entering the service - After using the service as well.

Building good relationships with customers continuously and consistently.

Translating documents related to the language of the position.

On duty to look after clients' illnesses (In the case of foreign customers staying overnight) to coordinate and translate the language for those involved.

Qualifications

Female.

Good command of English.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience in selling surgery or beauty will be an advantage.

Flexible working hours and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsible and have bargaining skills.

Working Day: 6 days a week.

Working Time: 9 am - 6 pm

Base in Nonthaburi.
