Job Description

Sales Executive (35K–45K) (SDG-97612)เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย - Responsible to achieve sales target.- Hunt new customers from own acquisition, exhibition or in responsible area or internet.- Demonstrate the usability products to customers.- Collect information from customers to prepare quotation follow customer required details- Prepare documents for negotiate and close deals with customers.- Coordinate with production dept. about produce and delivery schedule.- Informed delivery schedule to customer and coordinate with concerned dept. for delivery on-time- Gather feedback and follow improvement for informed to customers.- Maintain and build up good relationship with potential and existing customers.- Prepare weekly report of meeting customers.- Prepare sales forecast monthly for maintain sales target. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย- ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่จากการได้มา งานจัดแสดง หรือในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบหรืออินเทอร์เน็ต- สาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์การใช้งานให้กับลูกค้า- รวบรวมข้อมูลจากลูกค้าเพื่อจัดทำใบเสนอราคาตามรายละเอียดที่ลูกค้าต้องการ- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการเจรจาและปิดข้อตกลงกับลูกค้า- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต เกี่ยวกับกำหนดการผลิตและการส่งมอบ- แจ้งกำหนดการส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้าและประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อการส่งมอบตรงเวลา- รวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะและติดตามการปรับปรุงเพื่อแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ- รักษาและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพและลูกค้าปัจจุบัน- จัดทำรายงานการเข้าพบลูกค้าประจำสัปดาห์- จัดทำประมาณการยอดขายทุกเดือนเพื่อรักษาเป้าหมายการขาย

Job Requirement
