Aufgaben
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
Identify and drive strategic opportunities, partnerships or business alliances to develop new segments, services and key prospects within assigned markets.
Lead in the development of pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability.
Build, develop and drive sales force excellence. Provide sales coaching on the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
Monitor status reports including activity, closing, follow-up and adherence to goals.
Qualifikationen
Minimum a Degree in Engineering with up to minimum 2 years in Sales role.
Knowledge in EV Battery Business
Knowledge in Transportation and component testing
Outstanding sales or business management track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
Strong clarity of thoughts with the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion
Strong learning agility with the ability to navigate and strive in complex, challenging and high tempo environment
Strong technical and English communication skills
Exemplary stakeholder’s management skills and ability to build network and communities
