1. Operational
1.1 Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistic and related parties to ensure smooth and continuous improvement of order process, delivery services to meet and surpass Customer expectations.
1.2 Implement sales activities and opportunities development for the assigned products and customer territory to achieve the income budget growth target agreed by company.
1.3 Gathering market information in order to explore potential opportunity for new business development to achieve agreed budget.
1.4 Prepare annual sales plan, profit forecast, territory management plan, provide projection to supervisor
1.5 Coordinate & prepare Supplier visits, seminars and customer appointments by providing customer background and business activity details.
1.6 Project necessary inventory level for each product/business situation to ensure efficiency, reliability and optimized inventory level.
1.7 QEHS
• To comply with all relevant QEHS legal and other requirements associated with the job functions and responsibilities.
• To comply with all QEHS requirements affecting sales/operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the
departments.
• To ensure full participation from sub-ordinates in QEHS programs.
• To participate in QEHS programs.
• To follow the QEHS procedures and work instructions.
2. Commercial
2.1 Prepare annual sales & profit forecast, provide projection to Sales Manager.
2.2 Analyze customer inquiry for price calculation in order to maximize cost structure of our quotation.
2.3 Screening customer financial ability & ensure customer payment on time
