Sales Executive (Freight/Chiang Mai) (17K–20K) (SDG-104253)เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (ขนส่งสินค้า/เชียงใหม่) - Explore the opportunity to expand business from the assigned customer account.- Proactively find new target customers and acquire new business.- Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.- Conduct regular (weekly) customer visits and present to group company overall business.- Do Sales activities both Air and Sea Freight, as well as related services products concerned, e.g., customs brokerage, warehouse, cross border, transportation, etc.- Prepare, handle and submit quotation, rate, inquiries, tender, RFQ, RFI and special projects.- Conduct internal weekly/monthly meetings for instruction new acquired business to the Operation Team.- Prepare weekly and monthly report, opportunity pipeline report, weekly planning report, Sales visit report, quotation issuance and Other related reports.- Follow up with customer and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and Other requirements.- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.- Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.- Support / Back up customer service or work operational process as per assignment by Manager.- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by Manager’s Assignment. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - สำรวจโอกาสในการขยายธุรกิจจากบัญชีลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- ค้นหาลูกค้าเป้าหมายใหม่เชิงรุกและรับธุรกิจใหม่- รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจกับลูกค้าใหม่/ปัจจุบัน- ดำเนินการพบลูกค้าเป็นประจำ (รายสัปดาห์) และนำเสนอต่อกลุ่มธุรกิจโดยรวมของบริษัท- ดำเนินกิจกรรมการขายทั้งทางอากาศและทางทะเลตลอดจนผลิตภัณฑ์บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น นายหน้าศุลกากร คลังสินค้า ข้ามพรมแดน การขนส่ง ฯลฯ- จัดเตรียม จัดการ และส่งใบเสนอราคา อัตรา สอบถาม ประกวดราคา RFQ, RFI และโครงการพิเศษ- จัดการประชุมภายในรายสัปดาห์/รายเดือนเพื่อแนะนำธุรกิจใหม่แก่ทีมปฏิบัติการ- จัดทำรายงานรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน, รายงานไปป์ไลน์โอกาส, รายงานการวางแผนรายสัปดาห์, รายงานการเยี่ยมชมการขาย, การออกใบเสนอราคา และรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง- ติดตามผลกับลูกค้าและการสอบถามจากต่างประเทศ เช่น สถานะการจัดส่ง เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การเรียกเก็บเงิน การเรียกร้อง และข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ- ตรวจสอบอีเมลรายวันและข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจจากบุคคลภายในและภายนอก- ติดตามการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมปฏิบัติการเพื่อการขนถ่ายสินค้าได้อย่างราบรื่น- สนับสนุน / สำรองข้อมูลบริการลูกค้าหรือกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ- งานเฉพาะกิจใดๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Job Requirement

- Thai nationality , Female , age 24 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.- At least 1 years of experience as Sales Representative, Sales Coordinator or Customer Service field in Freight- Knowledge of Logistics business (air/ocean cargo and import/export, etc.) - Conversation middle-high level of English (use for coomunicate with external and internal)- Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Own car or motorcycle with driving license- Positive attitude, good personality, cooperativeness and hardworking.
