Aufgaben
Work with the multi-stakeholders and decision makers at divisional, country and operational level to align with global Medical Devices strategy.
Identify and drive strategic opportunities, partnerships or business alliances to develop new segments, services and key prospects within assigned markets.
Lead in the development of pricing strategies to improve profitability.
Build, develop and drive sales force excellence. Provide sales coaching on the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
Monitor status reports including activity, closing, follow-up and adherence to goals.
Qualifikationen
Minimum a Degree in Engineering with up to 3-5 years of business management experience in any of the following
Knowledge in Medical Devices Business
Knowledge and understand requirement for Physical Testing of Medical Devices and IVDs
Knowledge requirement for ISO13485, ISO17025
Outstanding sales or business management track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
Strong learning agility with the ability to navigate and strive in complex, challenging and high tempo environment.
Strong technical and English communication skills
Exemplary stakeholder’s management skills and ability to build network and communities.
