Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Do Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
Demonstrate and presenting our services and products to clients
Maintain accurate records.
Create and manage sales performance reports and sales forecast reports.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to hit sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and packages.
Drive and push the team to hit sales target
Monitor competitor’s sales performance and report to management team
Guide sales executive and ensure the sales performance
Develop customer relationships
Push the number of lead generation and conversion to hit the sales target
Be knowledgeable about the B2B market
Strategic planning in business development and revenue stream for the company by leading, managing, and coaching a team of sales executives, account executives and aligning with CEO direction for the company.
Plan sale campaigns, incentive/commission schemes. Monitor, optimize, and update the sales pipeline and practices.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets and able to pitch ideas to the internal team, management and clients.
Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
Construct and keep up with financial updates and plans ahead for the sales team.
Develop relationships and negotiate with new and existing clients and business partners.
Requirements
At least 4-year experience as sales field or commercial plan construction and execution
Experienced in B2B sales with more than 1 MTHB+ value in sale account
Experienced in managing sales team
Experienced in dealing with C-level officers in various sectors
Good attitude in workplace and maintaining relationships with others
An open mind and strategic analytical thinking
Good command of English
Ready to work in fast-paced and adaptive environment.
Familiar/comfortable with tech product, i.e., Pipedrive, discord, Notion.so, Mailchimp, Google form, Typeform, Docusign and etc
