Job Description

Driving and expanding new clients to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Controlling end-to-end sales processes from conducting sales calls, presenting services, calculating costs, proposing agreements & closing sales.

Establishing effective relationships with clients to maintain & expand the business.

Collaborating with other departments to run projects as per client expectations.

Performing various other assignments as requested.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.

At least 8 years of sales experience (mainly in opening new clients) with at least 5 years of experience at the management level and managing sales targets in B2B channels.

Prefer candidates from a service type such as Logistics, IT, Consulting, etc.

Direct sales experience in staff outsourcing services will be an advantage.

Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.

A person having leadership skills, self-motivation, and a service mind.

Excellent command of English.
