Sales Manager (Monomer Department) (70K–100K) (SDG-105457)ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (แผนก Monomer) - Find new customers who can use or match with our product and present our product to them.- Have knowledge of distribution channels for chemical-related products.- Have basic knowledge about chemicals used in paint production such as house paints and printing ink.- Manage the sales team and evaluate the performance of team members.- Creating and presenting the reports about sales & margin & competitor situation & key customer trend in the end of month. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่ๆ ที่สามารถใช้หรือจับคู่กับผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารเคมี- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสารเคมีที่ใช้ในการผลิตสี เช่น สีทาบ้าน และหมึกพิมพ์- จัดการทีมขายและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของสมาชิกในทีม- สร้างและนำเสนอรายงานเกี่ยวกับยอดขาย & อัตรากำไร & สถานการณ์คู่แข่ง & แนวโน้มลูกค้าหลักในปลายเดือน

Job Requirement

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor’s Degree in Science major Chemistry or any related major- At least 7-10 years experience in the Sales chemicals industry such as house paints and printing ink- Have knowledge of chemical paint production- Have 5 years of experience in managing teams- Good communication in English (Communicate with supplier)- Have personal car and driving car license (Bangkok & Central Area) - Good communication and negotiation skills- Able to use MS.
