The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities selling Recruitment services and HR solutions to FMCG companies and developing relationships and sales pipelines through calling, email communications, and other direct channels to generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Driving and expanding new clients to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Controlling end-to-end sales process from conducting sales calls, presenting service, calculating cost, proposing agreements & closing sales.Establishing effective relationships with clients to maintain & expand the business.Collaborating with other departments to run projects meeting client expectations.Handling other assignments as per business needs. Qualifications
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with around 3 years of direct experience in selling outsourcing services or similar services such as HR, IT, or logistics services and solutions.Track record in selling solutions in the FMCG industry, focusing on merchandising operations.Service mind and enjoy meeting and speaking with people.High determination and perseverance with a positive attitude.Experience in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and social media (FB, Line, etc.).Native Thai speaker with good English communication.
