Job Description - Sales Order Center - Supply Chain (Export)

Our client produces various household electrical appliances (except the type of production of electric heating).

They're seeking a Sales Order Center - Export to join their growing team.

Description

Proceeding with sales order operation of Export channel for business units (i.e. verify customer PO, create Sales Order, delivery order, simulate shipment volume (CBM, #containers), booking export shipments).

Monitoring product availability, allocating sales, and releasing delivery orders following standard SCM.

Ensuring tasks are done timely.

Ensuring sales order processing comply with company guideline.

Managing an outstanding sales order to comply with company guidelines e.g. delivery rescheduling, aging sales order.

Coordinating with cross-functions e.g. Sales & Marketing, A/R, SCM, Logistics & warehouse, and Indochina branch offices.

Coordinating with external parties for Export shipment arrangement e.g. 3PL, shipping & forwarders, and IDC branch office customers.

Providing regular reports of Sales Order Operation e.g. Daily Sales Monitoring, Daily shipment summary, and Open Sales Order management.

Performing other assignments as requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in BA or related fields.

2+ years of experience, functional knowledge in sales order operation, and a background in FMCG is preferred.

Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (knowledge of Excel functions).

Well-written, read, and listening to English (English for Business).

Detail-oriented and accurate.

Good communication skills.

Good logical skills.

Good team player.

Exceptional ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and focus on priorities.

Contract 1 Year ( Contract renewal).

Working hours M-F 8.30 -17.30.
