Job Description - Sales Outsourcing Services Manager

Responsibilities

Achieving Sales Target.

Being responsible for the sales process.

Establishing effective relationships with customers and collaborating with other departments.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Managing point-of-sale processes and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Ascertaining customers' needs and wants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar relevant field.

At least 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 5 years of experience at the management level and managing a direct sales force.

Direct new sales experience of construction, consumer, or similar especially through service business and consultant.

Have a good English foundation and can communicate in English.
