Responsibility
Giving support to our existing customers and business partners.
Achieving sales forecasts for assigned territory(s).
Creating sales growth through managing relations with strategic partners, expansion with existing accounts, new product introduction, new account acquisition, and account maintenance.
Gaining entry in new species segment / potential species segments to develop a more diversified business portfolio.
Compiling and maintaining a database of market intelligence pertaining to competitors, products, pricing and market conditions and prospects.
Developing relationships with key consultants of Thailand.
Maximizing company product sales within an assigned territory by influencing customer personnel to purchase and/or resell appropriate company products.
Organizing and establishing priorities for work activities to maximize sales.
Be knowledgeable about animal production practices and industry trends in assigned territories.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture Technology or a similar science-based qualification.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Animal Feed Additive business, premixes.
Good communication skills and English at conversational level.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to connect with customer and gain trust quickly.
Through understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
Proactive, self-motivated, ability to take up challenges and be responsive to change.
Proficiency in MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
