Job Description

Sales Representative (Spring) (20K–27K) (SDG-106331)เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (Spring) - Present and Sell company products and services to current and potential Clients- Prepare action plans and schedules to Identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity- Identify sales Prospects and Contact these and Other accounts as assigned- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts- Establish and Maintain current client and potential client relationships- Prepare paperwork to activate and Maintain contract services- Manage account services through quality checks and Other follow-up- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company Staff- Coordinate with company Staff to accomplish the work required to close sales- Responsible for providing quarterly and Annual sale reports to the management- Follow-up for collection of payment- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services, in coordination with shipping agents, freight forwarders and customs agents- Other duties as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - นำเสนอและขายผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าเป้าหมาย- จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการและกำหนดเวลาเพื่อระบุเป้าหมายเฉพาะและคาดการณ์จำนวนผู้ติดต่อที่จะทำ- ติดตามลูกค้าเป้าหมายใหม่และการอ้างอิงอันเป็นผลมาจากกิจกรรมภาคสนาม- ระบุแนวโน้มการขายและติดต่อบัญชีเหล่านี้และบัญชีอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- จัดเตรียมการนำเสนอ ข้อเสนอ และสัญญาการขาย- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าเป้าหมาย- จัดทำเอกสารการเปิดใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาบริการตามสัญญา- จัดการบริการบัญชีผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและการติดตามผลอื่น ๆ- จัดทำรายงานสถานะที่หลากหลาย รวมถึงกิจกรรม การปิดบัญชี การติดตามผล และการยึดมั่นในเป้าหมาย- สื่อสารโอกาสของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ การพัฒนาพิเศษ ข้อมูล หรือข้อเสนอแนะที่รวบรวมผ่านกิจกรรมภาคสนามให้กับพนักงานของบริษัทที่เหมาะสม- ประสานงานกับพนักงานบริษัทเพื่อทำงานที่จำเป็นในการปิดการขายให้สำเร็จ- รับผิดชอบจัดทำรายงานการขายรายไตรมาสและประจำปีให้กับฝ่ายบริหาร- ติดตามการเก็บเงิน- ประสานงานตารางการจัดส่งและการส่งมอบสินค้าและบริการ โดยประสานงานกับตัวแทนขนส่ง ผู้ส่งสินค้า และตัวแทนศุลกากร- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Job Requirement
