Job Description - Sales Support Service

PRTR is working with a Pharmaceutical Company who are now in need of a Sales Support Service to join their team.

Job Description

  • Being fully involved in all activities of the superior as assigned for which a secretarial support service is needed, including work that is sensitive and highly confidential, and other internal support for the sales team.
  • Handling sales order processing or related document process.
  • Handling Event Management e.g. eHATS submission, Agreement preparation, Coordination with the logistic agency, and PO/payment process.
  • Handling secretarial work for the sales team and public sales e.g. quotation, letters to customers.
  • Supporting sales team and public sales for product listing, bidding, tender & price management.
  • Handling secretarial work for sales team and public sales e.g. quotation, letter to customers, expense reimbursement.
  • Supporting special internal meetings e.g. monthly sales meetings, and mid-year meetings.

    • Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of service administration is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of secretarial jobs.
  • Good understanding of the ordering process and related.
  • Moderate English communication.
  • Multi-task management and Service minded.
  • EBI concern and good governance in business.
