Job Responsibilities

•Conduct presentations to customers to illustrate the difference between genuine and non-genuine filters, emphasizing the benefits of using genuine products.

•Assist in developing educational materials, presentations, and demonstrations to support sales efforts.

•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for promoting genuine products and addressing customer concerns.

•Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and modify presentations and educational materials.

•Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights on product features and benefits.

•Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, events, and trade shows to promote genuine products.

•Provide support to sales representatives by responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.

•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.

•Adapt presentation content and delivery style to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
