Job Description - Senior Field Sales Specialist (Upcountry)

About the Company

Our client plays a crucial role in the healthcare ecosystem of Asia by providing essential medical equipment, supplies, and services to support the delivery of quality patient care across the region.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise, Train, and motivate subordinates as Senior Sales Representative to make a team to achieve Sales target.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the designated area.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends, and use insights to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns to effectively showcase our products and services.

Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals, distributors, and sales teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective positioning of our offerings.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights into performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

Experience requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.

At least 5 year's working experience in sales or commercial roles related industries.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentorship.

In-depth knowledge of the medical devices and equipment industry, including understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics.

Able to travel outstation or oversea when required.
