RESPONSIBILITIES
HRM Tasks
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Providing counseling on policies and procedures Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Assist in performance management processes Other adhoc assignments assigned by Country HR Manager. Training & Development
Ensure mandatory corporate programs are well implemented ie. Code of conduct, Orientation program Develop and maintain Employee Skill development program to ensure Employee competency and skill set Assist and support Country HR Manager for Talent management program Update and maintain employee records (training, attendance, leave etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Payroll and Time Attendance
Managing overall payroll process including time attendance, overtime, and payment process is accurate and consistent and on due. Review, analyze and reconcile payroll and other related data. Manage the benefits program in the area of Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Workmen Compensation, Tax, Life & Medical insurance. Work as a single point contact for our payroll vendor to cover Evonik Group in Thailand on all payroll related matters. Ensuring the accuracy of relevant Government reports such as Social Security, Workmen Compensation and others. Employee Related matters
Provide employee services for personal and confidential information upon request, such as Bank Ceritificate, Visa Letter etc. Assist employees with medical Insurance claims and maintain records Schedule and manage medical check-ups Keep contact with employees and inform management of employee concerns Coordinate and arrange ESK program for new employees Assist in managing employees’ queries. Government Report
Assist & support Country HR Manager in any Government required reports / enquires. Administration Tasks
Coordinate and assisting our expatriates relating to Work Permit, Visa and, accommodation including the reimbursement of expenses due to the benefits. Coordinate and assisting company function and activities such as Company New Year party, Family Day and etc. Assist to manage and coordinate with our sub-contractors (KRS) and other vendors relating to our employee benefits such as Uniform. Outsourcing Employees
Handling and coordinate with our vendor regarding the support services such as wages, insurance or disciplinary. REQUIREMENTS
Degree in HR Management, Political Science, Psychology or related fields or higher Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR fields and HR Shared Service is a plus Knowledge of HR function ( pay & benefits, recruitment, training and development etc.) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai Proficient in MS Office and experience with SAP and Workday is an advantage Strong ethics and reliability Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, Interpersonal & communication skills, Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
