About the Company

Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer for food & beverage with many well-known client products on the market. As the business is now growing, they are looking for an HROD specialist who experienced in managing and developing L&D program for all-level positions in the organization

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HRD Section Head to design and implement strategies to engage employees and boost performance.

Develop and manage performance and goal management systems, including individual development plans.

Lead HR process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and support business needs.

Design and implement programs like career planning, competency development, and talent management.

Ensure HR policies are effectively implemented across the organization.

Experience requirements

Over 5 years in HR Development or HR Organization Development.

Proven ability to handle complex HR projects.

Thrives under pressure, prioritizes well, and meets deadlines.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Thinks long-term and creatively.
