Job Responsibility
•Understand local insights : Understand local consumers, local competitors, and local trade channels (SD, W/S, R/T) by area, consolidate sales and market data to understand local insights•Country Growth Strategy Development : Develop plans for country growth and improvement of sales, and are involved in product positioning and global brand marketing development for the responsible country•Define RTM Strategy and Action : Develop RTM plan and work closely with Distributor and SD for best execution. Monitor and evaluate SD performance and find growth opportunity and develop action plan by SD •Lead Country Front-Line Sales Operation & Go to Market to align with sales strategy and achieve sales target : to lead overall aspect of Go to Market which in line with strategic direction from Brand MKT team•Seek sales opportunities and develop sales channel strategy with local Distributor : to ensure sales target achievement and execute sales programs planned •Coach Distributor to apply the Global Standard Way of Work to align with TB system : ie. Volume planning and forecast, Sales Dashboard, Trade Database, etc.•Distributor & Partnership Management : to create strong relationship and synergies among Stakeholders to build long term business relation.•Provide insightful input and Idea for Sales and Trade Plan : Keep monitoring market and competitive movement to provide input and idea to crystalize Marketing and Trade program•Work Day to Day with Marketing Team to ensure smooth operation•Generate Progress reports : Assess company progress, sales suceesses and compile monthly reports to submit to headquareters
Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing Business Aministration or related fields • Minimum 8 years working experience in Sales or trade function with at least 5 years experience at manegerial level• Preferably having experience in FMCG or beverage• Having direct experience to work abroad especially in CLMV is a plus • Having Highly Commercial sense • Negotiation & Convincing skills• Full command of sales principles and operation• Fluent in English language, Cambodian language is a plus• Financial management and project management skills
