Job Description
Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly. Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.Providing overall guidance to new joiners Sales Representatives. Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales activities (KPIs), potential and existing customers, and sales employee performance evaluations. Assisting new joiners or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering customer technical questions. Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective. Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests. Qualifications
Male or Female 25-45 years old.Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of working experience in freight forwarding. Own a car with a valid driving license.Experience in the logistics transportation business will be an advantage.Good computer software skills (Excel). Good command of English both speaking and writing.Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
