Job Description - Technical Sales Manager

Currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead their business in Thailand. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across all major industry segments, including Automotive, General Engineering, Energy, and more. You will also provide leadership and direction to your sales team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Lead and coach your sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, acting as a key interface for the Metal Cutting business in Thailand.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Analyze market data and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Manage customer accounts and ensure on-time collections.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and manufacturing, to deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience requirements

10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the metal cutting industry with experience in channel management.

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel
