WWTP Day Operator

This role will report into the Wastewater treatment Supervisor -Rayong Thailand and will be responsible for create & maintain a safe work environment and provide direction & supervision for WWTP process to ensure the production receive quality process, in full & on time.

• Provide leadership, drive and proactive involvement in the application of the safety management system including to maintain a safe work environment for line personnel, contractors & visitors.
• Ensuring the daily schedule achievement in the Production line and address the issue that needs support.
• To plan & coordinate operational tasks for scheduled down periods.
• To minimize operational costs of the production process
• Ensure process consumables are available for production & consumption records are update on the monthly report.
• Wastewater Treatment Day will implement wastewater treatment process control and maintenance.
• Support and drive the manufacturing that respect the ergonomics recommendations and refresh skill of operator to maintain quality level and operation flexibility.
• Interacting with other departments as the workgroup representative
• Communicate with staff regularly and keep assist manager informed on layer-related issues.
• Reviews weekly consumption reports & KPI and updates the report submit to the manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct superiors.

Qualifications

• At least High Vocational or bachelor’s degree in production or any related field
• Good Command in English/Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure and have problem solving skills, positive thinking, ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Good leadership skills and have a good moral to keep good working environment.
