Sale Manager

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be critical in expanding and managing our distribution network in Thailand. This role involves connecting with key distributors, negotiating favorable terms, and building distributor and sales schemes. 
 

1. Distribute Relations and Negotiation:
● Connect with key distributors in the Thailand market and negotiate favorable terms.
● Manage distributor relationships for optimal performance.
● Meet sales forecasts and targets to support the business plan.
● Regularly contact current customers to build relationships.
● Negotiate transaction conditions with customers.

2. Recruitment and Team Building:
● Develop an organizational chart for team building.
● Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
