HR Intern (4-6 months period) / HR Officer (6 months contract)

Professional Objectives:  Initiate and design the infographic and/ or internal HR communication channels. Support the HR daily activities which focusing on the scope of Employee Activity, Learning & Development, and HR Admin.

Main objective 1: Employee Activity and Employee Communication

Initiate a fresh idea for employee engagement activities and HR internal communication.

Assist in organizing HR activity or company events.

Main objective 2: Learning & Development

Create the new HR onboarding presentation for Office and Operator Level

Be in charge of the training administrator for the tasks as assigned.

Main objective 3: HR administration

Support the HR team in terms of the HR admin matters such as data entry, filing HR documents etc.

Qualification Requirements:

Undergraduate in related fields.

Available for a 4-6 months full-time internship

Good Human Relations and must have the ability to work as part of a team.

Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative.

Creative Thinking.

Ability to use Microsoft Office and Online Platforms.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
